The Nova Scotia Outdoor Leadership Development Program (NSOLD) Outdoor Leadership School can help provide you with a greater insight into advancing your overall effectiveness as a leader, whether you are a seasoned guide, a recreational or volunteer leader, a friend or a parent leading the family.

 

The NSOLD Leadership School incorporates theoretical and practical leadership experiences allowing participants to: gain a better understanding of themselves and others; learn to recognize different interpersonal styles of individuals; and, develop a deeper understanding of group dynamics and the role of leadership within those groups.

 

All participants will receive an in-depth leadership assessment on the effectiveness of their leadership style.

 

Module Date: October 28-30, 2011

Time: Friday at 6:00pm - Sunday at 4:00pm

Location: Cape Breton Highlands National Park - Cheticamp

Fee: $110.00 [Includes camping fees]

Food: All food is the responsibility of the participants (Saturday evenings meal will be provided)
